Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider responsible for those results. Our servers do not retain a separate search copy. A direct message contains only what you choose to send, and we use it to answer you.

Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, visit time, and requested page. Aggregate logs help diagnose faults and show which resources visitors use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or comparable technology.

We use this limited information to operate the service, measure general traffic, repair errors, and improve content. We neither create individual visitor profiles nor sell a visitor list.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools set their own privacy terms. Their policies govern information submitted after following a link. The same distinction applies to sponsored results, which another company provides.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process routine logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose available data in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site. Logs are retained only for the operating purposes already stated. Since there are no user accounts, this site stores no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal information so it can be removed.

Nevada Revised Statutes 603A.300 through 603A.360 provide a verified opt-out-of-sale process for covered operators and data brokers. That law is not a universal right to erase public records. Records held by Clark County or Nevada agencies remain under the control of those custodians, so correction or lawful removal requests must go to the office that holds them.
