Why This Site Exists
Clark County carries most of Sunrise Manor's local records load. The Recorder handles deeds and liens, while the County Clerk maintains marriage and fictitious-firm-name filings. Court cases use separate justice and district court systems. Property, voter, vital, business, licensing, and historical records each have another custodian. We organize those official search tools, contact points, and access limits in one reference.
What the Reference Includes

Limits of Our Role
This is a privately operated reference site. It has no affiliation with Clark County, any Nevada agency, a court, or another records custodian. That creates clear limits:
- We do not retrieve, certify, amend, or seal records
- We cannot verify a person's current Sunrise Manor residence
- We have no power to remove entries from official or third-party databases
- We do not provide legal advice about a record or its effect
- We cannot promise that every linked portal, fee, hour, or office detail remains unchanged
